What sort of services we provide ?

We provide multi-utility services for all kinds of vfx requirements starting from the Print & Publication media to Movies and Commercial Ads. We also provide services to the customers/clients to setup their market through digital media.

What is the procedure to submit an application for a project ?

At first the client/customer has to inform us about the project through our contact details provided ( Mail ID/Phone/Message ). And if our team & admin dept. consider the project to be taken over, then we proceed further for the documentation process and budget. After everything is finalized, with the mutual consent of both the parties we start working on the project.

How do we work ?

We generally work according to the client's requirement when we get a project. First of all, we plan and do some R&D for the project, then we excute the working procedure. Then we collect resources needed for the completion of the project. After that, our team utuilizes those tools and techniques to create a decent output as per the client's requirements. We provide time to time WIP updates of the project to the client. After the client approves the output and makes payment, we deliver it to them after some final documentation.

How much cost do we charge for our projects ?

Well ... It depends on the project itself. Complexity of the project, the assets to be used in, the time duration it will take, brand and size of the project, client's requirements etc.. matters a lot during the fixation of cost for the project. Besides, we always eye on to keep the project cost, the lowest in the market and affordable to the customer's pocket.

Is the charges/project cost refundable ?

Sorry... We don't have any such facilities. May it be the advance money or the full project cost after the completion of the project, we don't refund anything back. However, we may consider compensating the client's loss if any through our services/work.

What types of work we do ?

We provide services for different types or work. Such as, Audio/Visual Productions, VFX Compositing, Video Editing, 2D/3D Animation, Website designing, Digital Marketing, Motion Graphics etc...

What is the time duration it takes to complete a project ?

Normally, on an average basis a small project gets completed within a week or so. Whereas, big projects take longer time to complete starting from 2-3 Months to 1 year approx.

Do we provide after sales service ?

Yes... We do provide after sales services to the customer on certain situations. May it be general support or technical, we often help the customer/client even if the project is already completed.
